Base Salary
$140k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and operate reusable pipelines and CI/CD processes with automated testing across AI pods.
- Provision and manage the environments used to build and run AI systems.
- Deploy and monitor production models and agents.
- Define technical and security standards for platform implementations.
- Build reusable platform components so new AI pods can start from an established foundation.
- Lead platform work supporting internal developer platforms and production AI systems.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in ML or AI platform work or MLOps, including 1 to 2 years of leadership experience.
- Hands-on experience running AI systems in production.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and Python.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience building internal developer platforms and performing AI testing and monitoring in production.
- Healthcare or higher-education experience with data-security awareness, including HIPAA and FERPA, is preferred.
- AWS Machine Learning or DevOps, Azure AI-102, or Kubernetes CKA certification is preferred.
