Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium with C#.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve failures in automation and regression test suites.
- Identify automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions to improve test coverage.
- Support continuous integration and continuous testing initiatives.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA team members to understand requirements and validate functionality.
- Investigate application defects and assist with root cause analysis.
- Monitor automation execution results and provide detailed test reports.
- Participate in test planning, test case reviews, and quality assurance activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to test framework improvements, automation standards, and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in QA automation and software testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with the Selenium Automation Framework using C#.
- Experience creating, maintaining, and executing automated regression test suites.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for identifying and resolving automation failures.
- Understanding of software testing methodologies, test design techniques, and defect lifecycle management.
- Experience with source control systems such as Git or Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and automated test execution pipelines.
- Working knowledge of Playwright is preferred.
- Experience with healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical order management, or USA Medical Sampling Order Management applications is preferred.
- Experience with API testing and automation is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree in software engineering is also listed.
- Experience with large enterprise applications and complex business workflows is preferred.
- Certified Software Tester (CSTE) certification is listed.
- Intermediate English proficiency (B1) is listed.
