Base Salary
$145k - $218k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead application systems analysis, programming, integration, product deployment, and process enhancement activities.
- Analyze complex business and system processes to define and develop solutions to high-level problems.
- Develop application methodologies and standards for analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
- Design and implement full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and related technologies.
- Consult with end users to define system specifications and incorporate them into overall system designs.
- Plan and coordinate assignments involving large budgets, cross-functional projects, or multiple projects.
- Allocate work and advise or coach developers, analysts, and new team members.
- Influence and negotiate with senior leaders and communicate with external parties.
- Assess and manage technology, business, compliance, and operational risks while safeguarding company and client assets.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack web application development.
- Strong backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot, including REST APIs, security concepts, performance, and scalability.
- Strong frontend development experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, and UI component libraries such as Kendo UI.
- Working knowledge of micro-frontend architecture and patterns.
- Solid understanding of API design, microservices, service boundaries, resilience, and observability basics.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server and relational data modeling.
- Experience with Elasticsearch and event streaming with Kafka.
- Proficiency with GitHub or Bitbucket workflows and practical experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong communication, ownership, collaboration, and agile-team skills.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Preferred experience includes AWS, Azure, or GCP; Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift; automated unit, integration, and UI testing; observability practices; and production support.
Benefits
- Full-time position.
- The posting provides a base salary range of $145,100.00 to $217,700.00.
