Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Management and UX to refine requirements and align solutions with business and user needs.
- Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end features using React front-end components and Node.js services and APIs.
- Contribute to technical design and architecture decisions involving reusable component libraries, micro-frontends, and service boundaries.
- Improve existing codebases for performance, accessibility, maintainability, scalability, and code quality.
- Partner with QA teams to deliver reliable software and promote shift-left testing practices.
- Mentor developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical guidance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to improve user satisfaction and product reliability.
- Create project documentation and participate in knowledge-sharing activities, technical discussions, and code reviews.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience, including significant full stack experience.
- Strong proficiency with React, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and backend API development using technologies such as Express or NestJS.
- Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive UI development, and accessible interfaces.
- Understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization.
- Experience writing and executing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern build tools such as Vite or Webpack.
- Strong communication skills, independent working ability, and experience mentoring other developers.
- Preferred experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, event-driven or message-based architectures, reusable component libraries, design systems, and micro-frontends.
- Familiarity with Azure, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SSO, and secure coding practices.
- Experience with C#/.NET, Microsoft Active Directory, or PowerShell is a plus.
- Experience working in an Agile environment using Scrum is beneficial.
