Responsibilities
- Own the Ticketing platform end-to-end, including architecture, development, deployment, and production operations.
- Build and maintain production-grade Java services and work with SQL Server for query optimization.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments on AWS.
- Build monitoring dashboards and lead incident response and root cause analysis.
- Ensure platform security through authentication, authorization, and secrets management.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and design discussions.
- Maintain technical documentation and architecture decision records.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Java, including concurrency, collections, and JVM internals.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server, including query optimization and schema migrations.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and modern UI frameworks for full-stack development.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and AWS services for DevOps.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices patterns.
- Understanding of web application security principles.
- Strong debugging skills and ability to lead incident response.
- Ability to mentor engineers and drive technical decisions.
