Responsibilities

Review and resolve escalated support tickets related to billing and taxation inquiries.
Develop tooling to automate billing and customer management processes.
Take ownership of core billing platform operations and compliance reporting.
Design and maintain automation tooling for operational tasks.
Collaborate with architecture and cloud operations for platform stability.
Develop revenue assurance tooling to identify potential revenue leaks.
Manage operational aspects of new product launches.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to build roadmaps and improve processes.
Update or create documentation for platform processes.

Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Go; experience in Ruby is a plus.
Experience with distributed systems and multi-service deployments.
Hands-on knowledge of microservices and technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with scripting and automation tools such as Python.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is optional.
