Responsibilities
- Establish a SRE site and build an effective, inclusive SRE team.
- Provide technical leadership and collaborate with partner team technical leads.
- Guide team members on managing availability and performance of mission-critical services.
- Manage execution of project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Lead Incident Management during incidents.
- Drive MTTR as per the Incident SLA.
- Ensure 100% coverage for various alerts across applications, infrastructure, and security.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in engineering (computer science, information systems).
- 6-10 years of experience in distributed systems, storage systems, or databases.
- Experience in MySQL or Postgres SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud operations.
- Excellent communication skills and a systematic problem-solving approach.
