Responsibilities
- Design and maintain robust backend services and asynchronous workflows in Python and Go.
- Integrate backend control planes with secure execution environments.
- Build and operate scalable APIs to connect data pipelines and evaluation engines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support complex evaluation scenarios.
- Drive engineering best practices, including code reviews and testing.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high reliability of orchestration systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in distributed systems.
- Deep proficiency in Python and Go, or strong experience in C++/Java.
- Hands-on experience with durable workflow orchestration engines.
- Strong knowledge of containerization and virtualization technologies.
- Experience building resilient APIs and handling high-throughput data.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team.
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML ecosystems and testing non-deterministic systems.
