Responsibilities
- Contribute to the technology vision of the firm and guide transformation across verticals.
- Create and review architectural decisions of products.
- Own and drive technology innovation within the firm.
- Engage with the tech community through blogs and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Establish policies and processes to guide transformation.
- Build frameworks and libraries to accelerate transformation.
- Contribute to the Artifact Repository with ideas and designs.
- Lead the development of sophisticated products on a cloud platform.
- Provide visible leadership within the technology community.
- Mentor Senior Engineers by providing guidance and coaching.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 12+ years of experience in the IT industry.
- Deep understanding of one programming language.
- Good understanding of architectural principles and patterns.
- Exposure to prominent cloud service providers (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience in preparing business proposals with financial merits.
- Hands-on experience with open-source frameworks and rapid prototyping.
- Strong bias towards engineering and operational excellence.
- Experience delivering products with low/no touch support and SRE principles.
- Experience troubleshooting scalability challenges for existing apps.
- Ability to oversee multiple technology initiatives concurrently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
