Base Salary
$250k - $413k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, cloud-based media encoding pipeline infrastructure.
- Build systems for workflow orchestration, metadata publishing, task prioritization, and catalog management.
- Design and develop large-scale distributed systems supporting streaming, advertising, broadcast television, video podcasts, and other media workflows.
- Own projects from conception through production.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical cross-functional partners while maintaining code quality and automated testing practices.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional working experience.
- Proficiency in Java and object-oriented design principles.
- Experience designing and developing large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS.
- Experience in media encoding system development is preferred but not required.
- Ability to learn new technologies, work independently with minimal guidance, and communicate effectively across teams.
