Responsibilities

  • Lead technical design and development of enterprise-grade full-stack software solutions.
  • Build scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
  • Develop responsive web interfaces with Angular, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
  • Design and optimize relational and NoSQL database solutions and integrate internal, external, and third-party APIs.
  • Develop and maintain iOS and/or Android mobile applications, including deployment through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
  • Implement authentication, authorization, encryption, secure coding, performance optimization, and production troubleshooting.
  • Develop automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests and participate in CI/CD pipeline automation.
  • Support cloud-native deployments and containerized environments, conduct code reviews, and improve application performance and security.
  • Provide technical guidance, review coding and testing, facilitate complex problem resolution, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architecture and technical planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of software development experience and at least 3 years of Java enterprise application development experience.
  • Strong experience with Java 11 or Java 17, Spring Boot, REST API development, microservices, SQL databases, and Git.
  • Experience with Angular, React, or Vue and with iOS, Android, or both mobile platforms.
  • Preferred experience includes both Android and iOS native development, React Native, Flutter, .NET MAUI, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.
  • Preferred qualifications include mobile security, encryption, secure coding, and experience in financial services, banking, or regulated environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, independent work, and technical leadership abilities.
