Base Salary
$132k - $155k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement machine learning solutions for healthcare applications.
- Design and build scalable solutions in collaboration with data scientists and other engineers.
- Write, test, maintain, document, and review high-quality code.
- Define and design predictive analytics models based on business requirements.
- Build CI/CD pipelines for production deployment of models.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and participate in design and code reviews.
- Share knowledge, support team members, and assist with onboarding or knowledge transfer.
- Apply development standards and best practices while managing multiple project tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience developing AI/ML solutions.
- Strong Python programming skills and experience with TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
- Working knowledge of data mining, statistical analysis, and predictive analytics.
- Ability to conceptualize, design, and build models from scratch.
- Experience with data architecture, data sources, and databases including Oracle and MS SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience building model deployment pipelines and familiarity with ML Ops.
- Experience with cloud-based ML/data services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with generative AI/LLM frameworks and tools such as LangChain, Hugging Face, vector databases, RAG pipelines, and LLM APIs.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Agile processes, and SDLC practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and multitasking skills; healthcare insurance knowledge is an added advantage.
