Responsibilities
- Own the documentation platform's architecture, tooling, and workflows.
- Build integrations between documentation and engineering workflows.
- Design AI-assisted documentation workflows for easier contributions.
- Write and maintain various types of product documentation.
- Partner with the Senior Product Marketing Manager to align content with customer needs.
- Establish documentation standards and style guides.
- Explore innovative formats for documentation beyond written text.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical role such as software engineering or documentation engineering.
- Strong technical writing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Experience with documentation platforms and docs-as-code tooling.
- Familiarity with Git and Markdown for documentation management.
- Understanding of information architecture and content design principles.
- Comfortable reading and working with code.
