Base Salary
$140k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deploy STLabs in enterprise environments and map customer service workflows, potentially on-site with teammates.
- Develop and increment production integrations, data pipelines, agent workflows, and internal tooling.
- Integrate the platform with customers’ ticketing, identity, device-management, knowledge-base, and other enterprise systems.
- Own live customer deployments and feed deployment insights back into the product.
- Work directly with customers and translate their operational constraints into practical software solutions.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional software development experience, or a strong engineering degree plus an internship involving a shipped project.
- Comfort with Python and TypeScript, or the ability to become productive with them within two months.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and working with messy, undocumented, production data.
- Evidence of building tools, applications, or open-source contributions beyond assigned work.
- Willingness to work directly with customers and provide specific examples of persistence through unglamorous work.
- Preferred: hands-on shipped LLM work involving agents, tool use, retrieval, or evaluations.
- Preferred: exposure to ITSM, CMDB, or enterprise IT operations.
- Preferred: two years of technical consulting or solutions engineering experience combined with a desire to write more code.
