Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain software products.
- Take full-stack ownership by writing production-ready and testable code.
- Create scalable, reliable, performant designs aligned with architectural best practices.
- Analyze failures, propose design changes, and improve operational practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide guidance on engineering standards and development procedures.
- Ensure product development follows compliance and security best practices.
- Apply software reliability engineering standards within development work.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, vendor, and customer stakeholders throughout product development.
- Prioritize and size work for incremental delivery and communicate blockers and delays.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Generally a minimum of seven years of experience.
- Understanding of agile software development lifecycle and DevOps principles.
- Proficiency with algorithms, data structures, architectural design patterns, and software development best practices.
- Ability to define and fulfill solutions requirements for end users.
- Ability to collaborate across product development and understand relevant business and technical domains.
- Effective problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
