Responsibilities
- Design, develop, deploy, fine-tune, and optimize computer vision models for object detection, object tracking, video segmentation, and facial recognition.
- Collect, clean, preprocess, and prepare large datasets for model training and evaluation.
- Evaluate models for accuracy, performance, scalability, and real-time operation.
- Deploy models to production environments and monitor their performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with software engineers, product teams, and other cross-functional partners to integrate machine learning solutions into business processes.
- Document models, processes, and implementations for reproducibility and scalability.
- Stay current with advances in computer vision and artificial intelligence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience training and tuning deep learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Transformers, or other Hugging Face tools.
- Experience with Pandas, NumPy, and SQL for data manipulation.
- Strong programming skills in Python and C++.
- Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and instrumentation on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of efficient model-serving tools such as ONNX, Triton, and vLLM.
- Proficiency working with image and video data, including preprocessing and augmentation.
- Strong understanding of supervised learning, unsupervised learning, and deep learning algorithms.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Git is preferred.
- Understanding of code review, testing, documentation, LLMs, and data annotation tools and processes is preferred.
