Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy Python-based natural language processing and machine learning workflows for text analytics, topic modeling, embedding-based classification, and entity extraction.
- Build network analysis and knowledge graph systems, including architectures similar to GraphRAG.
- Design and implement collaborative TypeScript front-end applications supporting multiple users in real-time analytical, planning, and decision environments.
- Build APIs, integrate data feeds, and support end-to-end data application pipelines in secure JavaScript environments.
- Evaluate emerging tools and methods, adapt customer capabilities to Joint Staff missions, and develop solutions with limited supervision.
- Provide technical support, documentation, and iterative solution development in partnership with customer personnel and operators.
- Work within an embedded technical team and align solutions with Department of War priorities and mission objectives.
- Follow security and access policies while developing in SIPRNet and JWICS environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, information systems, mathematics, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education, advanced technical certification, and relevant professional experience.
- At least four years of Python development experience including application development and Git-based version management, or at least four years of front-end TypeScript experience with multi-user production deployments plus at least two years of Python proficiency.
- Experience building in new or ambiguous environments with minimal oversight.
- Active TS/SCI clearance or SCI eligibility.
- Preferred experience with Transformers, spaCy, HuggingFace, graph databases, GraphML, graph-centric analytical tooling, secure or classified software deployments, operational or analytical workflows, and DoD data architectures or planning processes.
