Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain blockchain applications, smart contracts, and Web3 integrations within the Ethereum/EVM ecosystem.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, product teams, compliance, security, and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, testing activities, and software development processes.
- Translate business requirements into high-quality, maintainable code aligned with engineering standards and secure coding practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, test, and production environments.
- Contribute to engineering process improvements, automation, tooling, and development practices.
- Develop and support applications running in cloud-native, containerized environments.
Requirements
- Experience as a software engineer, software developer, or in a similar engineering role.
- Experience with Ethereum/EVM and Web3 technologies such as ethers.js or web3.js.
- Working knowledge of Solidity and experience developing or maintaining smart contracts.
- Understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including transactions, wallets, gas concepts, and common security considerations.
- Familiarity with Hardhat, Foundry, or similar smart contract development toolchains.
- Knowledge of software engineering principles, object-oriented programming, modern development practices, and automated unit and integration testing.
- Experience with Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar technologies, plus familiarity with Git.
- Exposure to Docker, cloud-native development, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with Hyperledger Besu, Quorum, Canton, Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Solana, Spring, Spring Boot, React, Angular, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, AI-powered developer tools, LLM integrations, or agentic development frameworks.
