Base Salary
$347k - $490k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for Codex Cyber’s security products.
- Collaborate with trusted defenders and customers to evaluate cyber use cases and risks.
- Shape model training and access patterns specific to cyber capabilities.
- Build systems for measuring cyber capabilities and monitoring misuse risk.
- Translate frontier cyber research into launch-ready tools and infrastructure.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and build reliable systems in high-stakes domains.
- Experience in ML systems, security products, and cyber evaluations.
- Strong understanding of cyber capability, misuse risk, and deployment tradeoffs.
