Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot global IAM services and distributed production environments.
- Integrate IAM solutions across the organization and align IAM infrastructure with current and future business requirements.
- Administer, upgrade, migrate, patch, configure, and manage certificates for IAM platforms.
- Apply SRE principles, automation, and continuous improvement practices to enhance reliability, security, availability, performance, and scalability.
- Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, post-incident reviews, business continuity, and disaster recovery efforts.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, engineering, support, and business stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve service architecture.
Requirements
- Experience in IAM operations, Site Reliability Engineering, Systems Engineering, Platform Engineering, or a related technical role.
- Strong understanding of IAM platforms, authentication, authorization, federation, access management, enterprise security standards, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Transmit Security or related authentication products; experience with ForgeRock, Ping Identity, Okta, or Azure AD is preferred.
- Intermediate Windows and Red Hat Linux administration skills and proficiency in at least one of PowerShell, Python, Shell, or Perl.
- Experience troubleshooting distributed applications and supporting mission-critical production environments in large-scale enterprises.
- Familiarity with Splunk, Grafana, ServiceNow, Jira, Jenkins, cloud platforms, automation technologies, DevOps, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Knowledge of SSO, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, and MFA technologies is preferred.
- ITIL, CISSP, Security+, or similar certifications are preferred.
- Strong communication, documentation, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
