Responsibilities
- Work with Korea- and APAC-based service teams and lead solution proposals during bidding phases.
- Lead customer-facing workshops and own project success.
- Design overall technical and functional solutions for implementations.
- Build technical solutions and system integrations with regional and global service teams.
- Develop internal and external tools for customers and consultants.
- Provide project and post-go-live application consulting as a subject matter expert for Veeva Commercial and R&D Cloud products.
Requirements
- Fluent English and Korean language skills are mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical working experience.
- 10+ years of engineering or technical consulting experience.
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- 5+ years of direct development experience with Java, Spring, and REST.
- 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying solutions to AWS Cloud, including S3, Lambda, ECS, and VPC.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to learn quickly.
- DevOps experience, including CI/CD strategy design and hands-on deployment, is preferred.
- Experience working with people from different cultures globally is preferred.
- Life sciences, healthcare, or pharmacovigilance industry knowledge and understanding of life sciences compliance requirements are preferred.
- International work or living experience is preferred; an AI background is highly advantageous.
