Responsibilities
- Drive technical wins for Gemini Enterprise workloads from technical evaluation through customer ramp.
- Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure for Google Cloud solutions.
- Combine business strategy with direct development and prototyping to create customer-tailored solutions.
- Advise customers on enterprise AI integration patterns and build technical customer relationships.
- Demonstrate and prototype Google Cloud integrations in customer and partner environments.
- Document, prioritize, and help resolve customer feature requests and issues with Product and Engineering teams.
- Travel to customer sites, conferences, and related events and act as a public advocate for Google Cloud.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Six years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role, including application development and integration.
- Experience with search systems involving retrieval, ranking, and search quality tuning.
- Experience presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Experience coding in Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, Go, or Java for customer demos, prototypes, or integration workshops.
- Experience architecting solutions that integrate AI models using agents with enterprise data through RAG, Text-to-SQL, and semantic search patterns.
- Preferred experience with functional evaluation metrics for model and agent quality.
- Preferred experience with iPaaS, API gateways, or enterprise service buses in cloud environments.
- Preferred experience developing agents with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or Google AI Agent Development Kit.
- Preferred knowledge of observability for AI applications, integration governance and security, OAuth2 flows, short-lived credentials, OpenAPI, and MCP.
