Base Salary
$175k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver scalable, reliable cloud services for user access management and notifications.
- Partner with customer success teams to create intuitive tools for end-user empowerment.
- Develop automation software to simplify infrastructure deployment and management.
- Implement innovative features that enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with engineering and support teams to align solutions with customer feedback.
- Mentor engineers through design discussions and code reviews.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience with modern compiled languages like Go, Rust, Java, C#, or C++.
- Proven ability to design and scale fault-tolerant distributed systems.
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and microservices.
- Knowledge of security practices including encryption, authentication, and RBAC.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in mentoring engineers and improving team processes.
