Base Salary
$175k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, reliable identity and access management cloud services, including user access management, gateways, user features, and notification systems.
- Develop intuitive tools that empower customers and improve the end-user experience.
- Create automation software for infrastructure deployment and management.
- Implement operationally efficient, scalable, and low-touch Crusoe Cloud features and turnkey AI services.
- Collaborate with cloud support, engineering, customer success, operations, and site reliability teams.
- Mentor engineers through design discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Programming experience with modern compiled languages such as Go, Rust, Java, C#, or C++.
- Experience designing and scaling fault-tolerant distributed systems and managed cloud services.
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, microservices, and infrastructure tools.
- Knowledge of encryption, authentication, authorization, credential management, RBAC, service meshes, TLS, mTLS, or zero-trust architectures.
- Experience guiding engineers and improving hiring and onboarding processes.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate complex technical ideas clearly.
