Base Salary
$207k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build AI-generated content quality frameworks and agentic flows for Discover and Notifications.
- Develop AIGC using context engineering and agentic feedback loops to identify and deliver engaging stories globally.
- Conduct quality evaluations and use downstream dense recommendation signals and feedback to improve the AIGC stack.
- Resolve system-level bottlenecks in AIGC recommendation and serving to optimize low-latency efficiency.
- Drive technical innovation and influence the broader organizational machine learning strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of software development experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in machine learning, recommendation systems, natural language processing, or a related field.
- Experience building offline and online quality evaluation frameworks for large language models, including techniques such as LLM-as-a-judge, RLHF, or DPO.
- Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- Preferred: experience optimizing machine learning inference, resolving system-level bottlenecks, improving serving efficiency, and integrating LLM quality evaluation frameworks with downstream recommendation signals.
