Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end computer vision and machine learning methods for ambiguous, complex, and large-scale problems.
- Build, experiment with, optimize, validate, and deploy machine learning models into production.
- Establish scalable and automated processes for data analysis, model development, model validation, and model serving.
- Run A/B experiments, collect data, and perform statistical analysis to generate product insights.
- Research innovative computer vision approaches with direct business impact.
- Present results and explain methods to leadership.
- Mentor junior engineers and partner teams and help improve ML talent across the company.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ship ML technologies for recommendation, content understanding, and ranking systems.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience on engineering teams building large-scale ML-driven user-facing products.
- Extensive knowledge of deep learning and computer vision techniques.
- Experience with state-of-the-art approaches including transformers, self-supervised pre-training, generative modeling, and LLMs.
- Hands-on experience training and applying models at scale with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proficiency in Java, C++, or Python.
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
- Preferred: experience with backend and ML systems for large-scale user-facing products.
- Preferred: experience collaborating with engineering teams to improve recommendation, content understanding, and ranking systems at scale.
