Base Salary
$168k - $227k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, document, test, deploy, and operate scalable recruiting and candidate assessment services.
- Gather requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions across pipelines.
- Develop applications on AWS cloud infrastructure and establish software development best practices.
- Build test automation, monitoring dashboards, and data pipelines.
- Lead engineering excellence initiatives and mentor junior and new team members.
- Design and operate flexible, reliable, low-latency, and high-throughput software systems.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- At least 5 years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
- At least 5 years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Experience mentoring, serving as a tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
- Preferred: 5+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Preferred: bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
