Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using C#/.NET and Python.
- Integrate and optimize language model frameworks, including RAG, fine-tuning techniques, and AI agents.
- Apply object-oriented principles, algorithms, debugging techniques, coding design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Use Git for source-code management and collaboration.
- Develop and execute unit tests using pytest, unittest, and NUnit.
- Lead and contribute to Agile activities such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, UX/UI designers, and developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership in software architecture and design, and mentor junior engineers.
- Stay current with language model advancements and contribute to their integration into the software ecosystem.
- Manage stakeholders and align technical solutions with business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5–8 years of professional software development experience with strong emphasis on C#/.NET and Python.
- Proficiency with LLM frameworks such as LangChain.
- Solid understanding of RAG, fine-tuning techniques, AI agents, foundation models such as Claude and OpenAI, and vector stores.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and guiding technical decisions.
- Ability to rapidly develop software using vibe coding.
