Responsibilities
- Develop mobile applications using React Native across the full application lifecycle.
- Build APIs supporting mobile functionality and follow mobile development best practices.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and software engineers to deliver functional and performant applications.
- Write unit and UI tests, support software testing and automation, and debug live applications.
- Improve application performance and usability and remediate code quality, pattern mismatch, and security issues.
- Document software solutions, maintain compliance with GM standards, and provide leadership within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 7 years of software development experience and 5 years of mobile development experience.
- Experience with AI-assisted software development tools such as Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies.
- Experience participating in software project delivery and deployments.
- Knowledge of software testing, quality assurance, solutions testing, automation, and maintaining and debugging live applications.
- Preferred: 5+ years of React Native experience and 10+ years of software development experience.
