Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through the design and delivery of enterprise applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Core Java technologies.
- Develop robust solutions using Collections Framework, multithreading, and networking concepts.
- Participate in technical design reviews and architectural discussions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to implement business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues while optimizing performance.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and software quality guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve application stability and scalability.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 5.5 years of Core Java development experience is specified in the additional information.
- Proficiency in Core Java, including Collections, Spring Boot, and multithreading.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
- Experience developing scalable and high-performance Java applications.
- Knowledge of application performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and relevant domain knowledge are preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
