Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow IRM solutions.
- Deliver end-to-end implementations across Risk, Policy and Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk modules.
- Perform bug fixing, enhancements, and production support.
- Handle technical triage independently, identify root causes, and resolve issues.
- Gather and analyze requirements with stakeholders and business teams.
- Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, scripts, and integrations within ServiceNow.
- Follow ServiceNow best practices and development standards.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM, including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management.
- Strong understanding of GRC frameworks and risk management principles.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
- 6–12 years of professional experience.
