Base Salary
$190k - $265k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with design and engineering to architect and ship customer-facing functionality through the full development lifecycle.
- Solve complex technical challenges such as virtualized rendering and reliable content management systems.
- Improve application speed through profiling and build scalable solutions for a growing user base.
- Drive polished user experiences through last-mile product refinements.
- Shape product direction and engineering approaches across the stack.
- Own projects, define solutions, ship features, and incorporate direct customer insights into product decisions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of software development experience.
- Strong frontend experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript, including component architecture, state management, and rendering performance, or strong backend experience with systems design, API architecture, and database optimization.
- Strong product intuition and attention to customer-facing software quality.
- Adaptability and willingness to work across the stack.
- Ability to operate with significant ownership and define solutions rather than follow a specification.
- Willingness to speak directly with customers and use their insights to guide product development.
