Base Salary
$158k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own product features end to end from customer problem definition through design, implementation, rollout, documentation, and post-launch monitoring.
- Manage feature-flag strategies and releases without handing off rollout responsibility after code is merged.
- Build and improve AI agent experiences supporting third-party risk assessment workflows.
- Monitor production health, resolve issues, address bugs and technical debt, and ensure customers use and benefit from shipped features.
- Partner closely with Product, challenge unclear requirements, prioritize effectively, and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor peers, provide strong code reviews, unblock teammates, and own a product area with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building and owning production systems end to end.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript across the stack.
- Backend experience with Node.js and NestJS and frontend experience with React.
- Experience with event-driven architecture and durable workflow orchestration such as Temporal.
- Grounding in relational databases, testing, observability or telemetry, and modern CI/CD practices.
- Ability to own a product area, deliver with minimal supervision, escalate appropriately, challenge unclear requirements, and deliver reliably through project milestones.
- Strong judgment, ownership, comfort with ambiguity, prioritization, communication, mentorship, and domain-depth orientation.
- Experience in TPRM, vendor risk, GRC, or compliance is a bonus.
- Experience building or working alongside AI-powered product features is a bonus.
