Base Salary
$210k - $390k/yr
Responsibilities
- Enhance and support the Xcelium RTL/logic simulator engine and Timing Constraints Verification technology.
- Design, tune, and innovate graph algorithms for SDC constraints on multi-billion-node graphs.
- Analyze bottlenecks and implement C/C++ performance optimizations for compilation speed and memory footprint.
- Lead junior engineers and collaborate with geographically distributed global team members.
- Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, process improvements, specifications, and unit tests.
Requirements
- MS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with at least 12 years of experience, or a PhD with at least 10 years of experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in EDA software development.
- Strong background in RTL/logic simulation, SDC constraints, and timing analysis, particularly path-exception handling in an STA tool.
- Excellent C/C++ programming skills and deep understanding of SystemVerilog or Verilog.
- Experience with multithreaded or concurrent programming.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to project requirements.
- Prior RTL/logic simulation software development experience is an added plus.
