Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems based on documented requirements.
- Develop AI workflow automation scripts.
- Construct development and test pipelines.
- Perform system integration and performance optimization.
- Monitor implementation and resolve software problem reports.
- Review and test software components and document test results.
- Provide software design input, including hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, COTS/GOTS decisions, and requirements analysis.
- Lead teams of software design and development professionals working on collection systems and components.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.
- A master's degree in computer science or computer engineering is required, or four additional years of applicable software engineering experience may substitute for the degree.
- Fifteen years of applicable software design and development experience are required.
- Twelve years of direct experience leading software design and development teams for collection systems and components are required.
- ITILv3 certification is required.
- Desired experience includes Python/scripting, Jenkins, GitLab, CodePipeline, AWS, and API integration.
