Base Salary
$160k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Research, develop, and deploy multimodal models for manufacturing documentation.
- Collaborate with core-engineering to build annotation tooling and implement active learning loops.
- Engineer synthetic data augmentation strategies.
- Develop evaluation frameworks to quantify system behavior and user impact.
- Collaborate with the machine learning team to set technical and product roadmaps.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of professional deep learning experience, with 2 years on multimodal models.
- Strong fluency in Python and PyTorch, including custom training loops and data loaders.
- Experience in production deployment and model health management.
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
