Base Salary
$123k - $168k/yr
Responsibilities
- Integrate vendor components into a common software framework using low-level communication interfaces such as CAN, LIN, I2C, SPI, and UART.
- Implement real-time operating system applications for product requirements.
- Architect and develop high-quality C code for real-time embedded and safety-critical systems.
- Support hardware bring-up, including low-level debugging of boards and SoCs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring up custom software on new devices, productionize it, and maintain company products.
Requirements
- Pursuing or holding a BS/BA, MS, or PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related degree, with graduation by December 2026 or Summer 2027.
- Strong background in embedded software development using C, C++, and assembly languages.
- Ability to perform low-level hardware debugging to ensure complete system operation.
- Experience with RTOS and middleware applications is preferred.
- Experience working with safety-critical robotic systems with real-time constraints is preferred.
- Ability to learn new technical tools quickly and take initiative in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
