Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of Hoxhunt’s new human-risk product.
- Build and ship end-to-end features across APIs, event processing, data visualization, and automation capabilities.
- Work across frontend and backend systems as product needs require.
- Own production quality through code reviews, pair programming, knowledge sharing, and reliable operation of systems.
- Define technical direction, subsystem ownership, product scope, and investment priorities.
- Use user needs, business impact, tradeoffs, and real data to guide product decisions.
Requirements
- Senior full-stack engineering experience delivering scalable products end-to-end.
- Likely 5+ years of experience, with emphasis on demonstrated accomplishments rather than tenure.
- Fluency in TypeScript, Node.js, and SQL databases or comparable technologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in ambiguous, autonomous, cross-functional environments.
- Experience with AI coding tools or interest in building effective AI-assisted development workflows.
- Preferred experience with GraphQL, React architecture, event-driven architecture, or GCP services such as Pub/Sub and BigQuery.
