Responsibilities
- Design and implement greenfield and ongoing BPMN processes and DMN decision tables in Camunda 8.
- Configure and maintain call flows, prompts, LLM classifiers, and other AI-driven automation tools.
- Support, debug, and improve production automation scenarios using Camunda Operate.
- Integrate processes with internal and external systems through REST APIs, JSON, and Kafka.
- Gather and clarify technical requirements with business, product, technical, and analytics stakeholders.
- Promote automation, AI integrations, knowledge sharing, and adoption of new technologies.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with production BPM engines, including end-to-end design and deployment of executable BPMN/DMN processes.
- Production experience with Camunda 7 or Camunda 8.
- Expert knowledge of BPMN 2.0, DMN, and FEEL.
- Experience integrating systems through REST APIs, JSON, and Kafka.
- Understanding of and interest in modern AI/LLM solutions for business process integration.
- Ability to independently gather and clarify technical requirements across business and technical teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred: customer support or operational automation experience, API and integration requirements experience, SQL skills, and prompt engineering or no-code/low-code AI platform experience.
