Responsibilities
- Build a large-scale React application from scratch through end-to-end implementation.
- Architect application patterns, structure, library choices, and frontend development practices.
- Collaborate with other React developers and conduct code reviews.
- Lead and mentor frontend engineers while promoting engineering, coding, and architecture best practices.
- Drive delivery of fast, scalable, high-quality, and maintainable web products.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Advocate for continuous learning and improvement across the engineering team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience developing complex web applications using React and modern web technologies.
- 5+ years of experience with React Web.
- Deep understanding of React and TypeScript best practices, design patterns, and performance optimization.
- Strong demonstrated leadership skills for leading frontend teams on fast-paced React Web projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading successful web development projects and delivering high-quality, scalable, maintainable code.
