Responsibilities
- Lead customer deployments from discovery through production launch.
- Translate customer requirements into AI workflows and implementation plans.
- Build, configure, test, and optimize voice AI agents, conversation flows, and automation workflows.
- Integrate Retell with customer systems, APIs, business processes, webhooks, telephony, and authentication.
- Run customer demos, working sessions, technical discussions, and implementation reviews.
- Troubleshoot technical and production deployment issues and partner with Product and Engineering on resolutions.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and keep deployments moving toward launch.
- Capture deployment learnings and develop repeatable playbooks and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to expand Retell into additional customer use cases and teams.
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin with clear communication in both languages.
- Experience in consulting, solutions engineering, deployment, implementation, customer success engineering, product management, or another customer-facing technical role.
- Comfort working with APIs, technical integrations, and software systems.
- Ability to understand customer businesses, translate needs into practical solutions, and explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple customer projects concurrently.
- Strong problem-solving, ownership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills in ambiguous environments.
- Interest in AI, LLMs, and voice technology.
- Willingness to travel for important customer launches and onsite engagements.
