Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise customers during pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
- Lead architecture reviews and explain how Rogo integrates with customer infrastructure and security requirements.
- Partner with Sales on complex enterprise deals by providing architectural guidance and technical validation.
- Help customers evaluate deployment models, security controls, and integration approaches.
- Guide customers through onboarding, deployment, early adoption, and ongoing product or feature release reviews.
- Diagnose technical issues and coordinate with Engineering to drive resolution.
- Proactively address risks and blockers to support long-term customer adoption and expansion.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to represent customer needs and shape deployment patterns, best practices, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Infrastructure Architect.
- Strong foundation in cloud infrastructure, networking, and security concepts.
- Experience with one or more major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of enterprise infrastructure, identity and access management, networking, and security best practices.
- Ability to diagnose infrastructure and integration challenges at a systems level.
- Ability to lead architecture and security discussions with enterprise technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, executive presence, organization, ownership, and follow-through.
- Ability to manage complex, long-running enterprise engagements and balance technical and business priorities.
