$144k - $288k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, integration, and evolution of offensive tooling and supporting capabilities.
- Lead or support complex adversary emulation and red team engagements across enterprise and cloud environments.
- Establish tooling design, automation, technical execution, and repeatable methodology standards.
- Mentor offensive operators and engineers on tradecraft, tooling, and technical problem-solving.
- Partner with security, engineering, and threat intelligence teams to turn offensive findings into defensive improvements.
- Research emerging threats, attack techniques, and technologies and improve offensive capabilities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in information security and/or cybersecurity.
- 7+ years of direct experience in offensive operations and tactics.
- 5+ years of experience building or using offensive tooling in real-world environments.
- 3+ years leading complex technical engagements and 3+ years in technical writing and post-engagement debriefs.
- 3+ years of experience with one or more programming or scripting languages, such as Python, C/C++, C#, PowerShell, or Golang.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience; alternatively, a high school diploma/GED plus 4 years of related experience.
- Preferred experience includes enterprise environments, identity systems, cloud platforms, SaaS environments, red or purple teams, and technical team leadership or mentoring.
- Preferred certifications include OSCP, OSWP, CRTP, OSEP, CRTO, GXPN, CISSP, or related industry certifications.
