Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and support custom software components across systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot software issues and incidents across critical business systems.
- Monitor application performance and contribute to performance tuning and continuous improvement.
- Help implement support processes that improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in technical discussions, and share knowledge.
- Align generative and agentic AI capabilities with business objectives while considering scalability, responsible use, and value realization.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Google Cloud Development Services.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and services.
- Experience with application monitoring and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with incident management and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
- Strong grasp of generative and agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
