Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software components and applications.
- Configure and integrate SAP HCM Payroll within enterprise environments.
- Troubleshoot payroll calculations, compliance issues, and related system problems.
- Support SAP system upgrades and patch management affecting payroll functionality.
- Perform data migration and validation for SAP HCM Payroll.
- Gather and analyze requirements with cross-functional teams.
- Document technical specifications and user guides for deployment and maintenance.
- Monitor and optimize software performance for reliability and efficiency.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Share knowledge and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll configuration and integration.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, time management, and employee data management modules.
- Ability to troubleshoot payroll calculations and compliance issues.
- Knowledge of SAP upgrades, patch management, data migration, and validation techniques.
- 15 years of full-time education.
