Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, maintain, and enhance SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
- Design Power Apps and create Power Automate flows for business requirements.
- Develop SharePoint Framework web parts and extensions.
- Migrate legacy SharePoint environments to SharePoint Online using tools such as Sharegate.
- Configure SharePoint sites, navigation, web parts, permissions, sharing settings, and version history.
- Troubleshoot SharePoint access and synchronization issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct unit testing and performance tuning.
- Provide solutions, guidance, and support to immediate and cross-functional teams.
- Manage or collaborate with the team and contribute to team decisions.
- Work independently and collaboratively while managing stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online development across Online and on-premises environments.
- Experience designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining SharePoint solutions.
- Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate within the Power Platform.
- Experience developing SharePoint Framework web parts and extensions.
- Experience with SharePoint migrations using Sharegate or similar third-party tools.
- Knowledge of SharePoint permissions, sharing settings, version history, integrations, and out-of-the-box functionality.
- Experience with Microsoft PowerShell or PnP PowerShell for CRUD operations, permission management, and automation scheduling.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Portal, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps is desirable.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, analytical, and team collaboration skills.
