Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers through multidisciplinary planning and ecosystem integration.
- Develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies across the application lifecycle.
- Define and track quality metrics for test execution and defect resolution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align quality objectives and resolve issues.
- Evaluate and improve testing processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform independently as a subject matter expert and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
- Strong understanding of quality engineering principles and software testing methodologies.
- Experience developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies.
- Ability to define and monitor key quality metrics for testing and defect resolution.
- Familiarity with ecosystem integration and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
