Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers through multidisciplinary planning and ecosystem integration.
- Develop end-to-end testing strategies based on business and functional requirements.
- Design and execute complex load and stress testing scenarios using LoadRunner.
- Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and manage defect resolution.
- Define and implement metrics to assess testing effectiveness and progress.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, make team decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience with OpenText LoadRunner; the posting also states a minimum overall experience requirement of 7.5 years.
- Proficiency in OpenText LoadRunner or Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- Strong knowledge of performance testing concepts, best practices, and Performance Testing Strategy.
- Experience designing and executing complex load and stress testing scenarios.
- Experience analyzing performance test results and identifying performance bottlenecks.
- Very good Azure experience.
- Retail domain experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
