Base Salary
$97k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, enhance, and support full-stack applications for the Enterprise Knowledge Management platform.
- Develop user-facing Salesforce and modern web experiences using frameworks such as Angular, and build REST APIs, event-driven services, and AWS cloud-native integrations.
- Create integrations using Amazon S3, Lambda, EventBridge, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, and related AWS technologies.
- Operationalize Salesforce Knowledge content for use across State Farm applications.
- Develop Generative AI capabilities for knowledge authoring, semantic search, summarization, citation, and related use cases.
- Integrate LLMs, RAG, vector search, and other emerging AI capabilities into the knowledge platform.
- Improve application performance, reliability, observability, and operational excellence through automation and monitoring.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, product owners, business partners, and UX designers across the full software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Experience with full-stack software development and modern web applications using Angular, React, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Apex, or other object-oriented programming languages.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures.
- Experience developing cloud-native applications on AWS.
- Familiarity with Lambda, API Gateway, S3, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, Amazon RDS, CloudWatch, and IAM.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, automated testing, and DevSecOps practices.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Platform development or Salesforce integrations is preferred.
- Interest or experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, semantic search, vector databases, or AI-assisted application development is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, communication, and continuous-learning abilities.
