Base Salary

$120k - $160k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Optimizely Commerce solutions.
  • Serve as the technical authority for eCommerce architecture, development standards, integrations, and deployment practices.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, and promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with product owners and team members across feature definition, solution design, delivery, testing, and support.
  • Design and develop integrations with ERP, CRM, PIM, payment gateways, and internal or external APIs.
  • Create technical documentation covering solution designs, integration specifications, and support procedures.
  • Drive performance tuning, scalability improvements, and automation to improve platform stability and delivery efficiency.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders within Agile/Scrum sprint cycles.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of overall software development experience.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with an enterprise eCommerce platform; Optimizely Commerce experience is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical design and architecture for eCommerce solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Optimizely Commerce implementation, customization, maintenance, catalog management, order management, pricing, promotions, and customer/account models.
  • Experience with .NET/C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL Server, and full-stack development.
  • Experience integrating ERP, CRM, and PIM systems, payment gateways, RESTful APIs, and web services including REST, SOAP, and WCF.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, on-premises and cloud deployments, and service-oriented architecture.
  • Experience with headless or composable commerce architectures and familiarity with PIM platforms and product data syndication are preferred.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Redux, TypeScript, and Node is preferred.
  • Optimizely Commerce Developer Certification or willingness to obtain it after hire is preferred.
  • A BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred; equivalent work experience is considered.
