Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements from stakeholders.
- Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams.
- Translate business needs into scalable and efficient Oracle APEX solutions.
- Lead application design, solution architecture, and ER data modeling.
- Define best practices for scalable, secure, high-performance, and accessible applications.
- Architect APEX solutions involving REST APIs, integrations, automation, scheduled jobs, workflows, approvals, reports, dashboards, forms, authentication, authorization, printing, QR scanning, geolocation, and AI-powered features.
- Lead and mentor APEX developers and technical leads.
- Provide technical guidance and recommend optimal solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle APEX development and architecture.
- Strong experience with Oracle EBS integration and its ecosystem.
- Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, REST services, and API integrations.
- Hands-on experience with SSO, authentication, and role-based access control.
- Experience building enterprise-grade applications using modern Oracle APEX features.
- Proven experience in team leadership and stakeholder management.
- Preferred: experience with AI integrations in enterprise applications.
- Preferred: knowledge of OCI, AWS, or Azure.
- Preferred: familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Preferred: Oracle certifications in APEX or related technologies.
- Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, analytical, stakeholder-management, and prioritization skills.
